EAV may collect company name, contact name, email, website, team size, diagnostic answers, workflow descriptions, report IDs, risk scores, risk classifications, optional logs, artifact links, license request data, VAULT-AGENT questions, admin review status, timestamps, and acknowledgement records.
Information is used to generate diagnostics and reports, support VAULT-AGENT answers, review stress-test or license requests, improve aggregate benchmark intelligence, maintain audit records, manage licensing, and support system security and operations.
HYBRID WAYSS does not sell user-submitted diagnostic data. Information may be reviewed internally by authorized HYBRID WAYSS personnel and may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, email, payment, or operational providers when needed to run the service.
